Keep the Dynamic Strong During Your Period
Your period changes nothing: the dynamic doesn’t pause — only the repertoire shifts, not the hierarchy. Rituals and address cost nothing; you can judge and direct from the couch, and he stays locked no matter how you feel. The only man in the world for whom your “days” are his days too.
Power in these days lives in words, not in the body.
Turn him entirely toward your comfort: tea, a lower-back rub, every household task on his shoulders — as his duty, not a favour. He serves and receives nothing in return, expects nothing: pure one-sided service sinks deeper than any scene. If you want your own release, take it — an orgasm often eases cramps, and he has no right to flinch.
One of the best scenarios for these days is a film. Not because there is nothing else to do, but because this is the one week when you are not supposed to want anything — and that frees the whole evening. A blanket, three episodes in a row, him at your feet: fetching, clearing, silent, rubbing your feet while the credits roll. The remote is yours; you decide when to pause. He watches what you chose — and in the cage. An ordinary wife spends these days lying alone with her phone; you have a home cinema with staff.
PMS is his too. The week before — irritation for no reason, tears over a commercial, the wish for everyone to disappear. An ordinary wife apologises on these days: “sorry, it’s hormones”. You have nothing to apologise for — you have somewhere to put it. Discharge the anger where it belongs: not into shouting, not into a pillow, but into him. A bad mood is a legitimate reason for punishment, and you don’t need to find an offence: “you are irritating me” is a sufficient wording. A whipping for no reason on these days lands more precisely than any whipping for cause — he doesn’t understand what for, and that is exactly what puts him in his place. Want him to disappear — into the corner, face to the wall, for an hour, while you lie there with your series. Want to cry — let him kneel beside you and keep quiet; you didn’t ask to be comforted. He is not a target — he is a valve. And notice: he looks forward to this week no less than you dread it. The only man in the world whose response to your PMS is not a sigh but an erection.
These days are also the best time to lock him: the first, hardest days in the cage pass without temptation, and the reason needs no explanation — while your body is closed, so is his. Just don’t tie his release to your cycle: lock him when it starts and let him out when you decide, or he’ll start watching the calendar.
The point: your period cancels nothing — it simply moves authority from body to word. He serves, you receive, and the frame stays steady.
